Oil Gas Well Sensing Optical Cable (DOSC) is dedicated cable for downhole distributed monitoring, widely deployed in DAS and DTS optical fiber well logging. It adopts 316L / Alloy 825 stainless steel tape armor with 0.71mm thickness and compressive strength of 207 MPa, supporting continuous operation within -40℃ ~ 300℃. The 0.3% excess fiber length prevents optical fibers from mechanical stress deformation under downhole service conditions. The hydrogen-absorbing filling compound stabilizes optical attenuation, mitigates hydrogen-induced loss and extends service lifespan. For operating temperature above 150℃, proprietary three-layer construction with 0.04-inch fluoroplastic intermediate layer is adopted to strengthen high temperature resistance and corrosion protection. It can be run into wells synchronously with High Temperature Steel Tube Cable to build full-range downhole data acquisition network. Cooperated with Well Logging Cable for multi-parameter logging, it works alongside C…
